Born from horticulture, built for cannabis.

McCoy Farm and Dispensary isn't a corporate play. It's the natural next step for a working horticulturist who's spent years growing plants from seed to harvest in Missouri soil.

Show-Me Horticulture was the foundation: nursery operations, fresh produce, farmer's markets, community education, a podcast for growers. That same expertise, the same hands that nurtured seedlings and harvested peppers, now turns to cannabis.

The difference matters. Most operations buy product from cultivators they've never met. McCoy Farm grows its own. Every strain is selected, cultivated, and cured on-site. Seed to sale isn't a marketing phrase here. It's the business model.

From the ground up. Every step, every time.

Cannabis should come from somewhere you can point to on a map.

McCoy Farm and Dispensary is building a cannabis brand rooted in the land it grows on. Not a franchise. Not a chain. A farm and a cultivation operation built on the trust that comes from knowing exactly where your product was born.

It started in the dirt.

Before cannabis, there were peppers. Tomatoes. Herbs. Flowers. McCoy Farm started as Show-Me Horticulture — a family nursery operation rooted in Missouri soil. Farmer's markets, community gardens, agricultural education, and a podcast where growers shared what actually works.

The expertise was always the same: understanding plant science at a deep level. Knowing how light, soil composition, nutrients, and timing produce exceptional harvests. When Missouri opened its cannabis market, the transition was natural. The plants changed. The craft didn't.

Vertical integration means something here.

Most cannabis companies are either cultivators or retailers. They're one piece of a long chain. McCoy Farm is building the full picture.

We select the genetics. We grow it. We process it. We bring it to market. Every step happens on our farm, with our team, using our methods. When someone asks "where does this come from?" — the answer is simple: Bowling Green, Missouri.

This isn't just quality control. It's accountability. If something isn't right, there's nobody else to blame and nobody else to fix it. That's how it should be.

Why "farm" is in the name.

We could have called it "McCoy Cannabis" or "McCoy Dispensary" or something with "leaf" in the name like everyone else. We didn't.

The farm is the point. It's where the work happens. It's what makes us different from a retail operation slapping labels on someone else's product. When you buy from McCoy Farm, you're buying from the people who planted the seed, watched it grow, and harvested it by hand.

That's not marketing. That's farming.
